While other companies struggle, The Titus Company is adding personnel and equipment. We recently added two high quality individuals to our customer support team; Dave Regan joined us as an experienced service technician and Kerri Brennan more recently joined our inside support staff. Along with these key personnel additions, we have upgraded three of our service vehicles. The two center vehicles in the photo below represent our most significant equipment investment. These larger vehicles provide the additional capacity needed for some of our larger compressor and distribution system installation projects. The Titus Company has now become one of the largest installers of compressed air and gas generation and distribution systems on the east coast.
New Enterprise System Enhances Customer Service
On April 1st The Titus Company made a move to dramatically increase its customer service capabilities with the addition of Sage’s Accpac ERP software in conjunction with Technisoft’s Service Manager module. Accpac will provide better information to assure that we have what you need when you need it, while Service Manager will not only allow us to provide better and timelier on-site customer support through its manpower planning and scheduling capabilities, but it will also allow us to implement a web portal for our customers to login and view the service history of their equipment. You can expect to see this powerful feature added in the near future.
