HeatSink™ Cycling Refrigerated Dryers

ZEKS HeatSink™ cycling refrigerated air dryers incorporate patented True-Cycling™ operational technology that allows the system to easily adapt to fluctuations in your demand for compressed air.

These dryers work to cool a thermal mass, which cools the compressed air flowing through the dryer. Refrigerant media is circulated through ZEKS CFX® stainless steel media-to-air heat exchangers, cooling the compressed air and producing dry product air.

When your demand drops, the system automatically switches off. The already-cooled thermal mass continues to cool and dry the compressed air without drawing additional energy.

HeatSink cycling dryers offer the ultimate energy efficiency for industrial applications where your compressed air usage varies greatly or where low ambient temperatures are common.

HSJ Series HeatSink™

ZEKS - HeatSink Cycling Refrigerated Dryers - 10 to 2400 SCFM

The HSJ Series is part of the HeatSink family of cycling refrigerated dryers. This series of dryers is designed to provide exceptional energy savings and efficiency in applications that have variable demands for compressed air.

HSJ Series dryer units have multi-layer heat exchangers with precoolers and reheaters to maintain a consistent 38°F dew point quality across all operating conditions. They also have an automatic electronic selenoid condensate drain to empty condensate without losing condensed air or sacrificing efficiency.

ZEKS makes nine models of HSJ Series cycling dryers that can dry air between 10 and 150 SCFM.

HSFM Series MultiPlex™

ZEKS - Multiplex – HeatSink Cycling Refrigerated Dryers - 3250 to 19200 SCFM

HSFM Series MultiPlex™ HeatSink cycling dryers are modular to allow for larger capacities, redundancy and future system expansion. ZEKS makes 11 different HSFM Series MultiPlex models that hold two to eight modules and dry air at 3,250 to 19,200 SCFM.

MultiPlex dryers are ideal for operations with fluctuating demand for large quantities of high-quality dry compressed air. The modules work in tandem on a cycle to provide air when needed and shut off when there’s less demand. You can take one module offline for repair or service without facing any downtime because the remaining modules will continue operating.

High-Pressure ZEKS SCFX and SS Series

The SCFX and SS Series of high-pressure refrigerated dryers are designed to operate in compressed air systems with pressures greater than 200 PSIG. Their components are specialized for reliable, efficient operation in these high-pressure applications.

The SCFX dryer operates at a maximum pressure of 680 PSIG and is also effective as a high-temperature refrigerated dryer for managing hot compressed air. This line includes 13 different SCFX models with air-drying capacities ranging from 340 to 3,550 SCFM.

SS Series dryers function at even greater operating pressures up to 6000 PSIG. The air circuits of these dryers are constructed of stainless steel for rigidity and durability. Six different models are available, offering capacities of 30 to 500 SCFM.

Non-Cycling Refrigerated Dryers

Non-cycling refrigerated air dryers are ideal for applications that require a steady, consistent flow of dry compressed air. These units work constantly to pump out clean, dry compressed air to meet demands that are consistent across working hours.

ZEKS non-cycling dryers feature stainless steel CFX® heat exchangers that provide superior durability and protection from corrosion. Their proprietary moisture separators work to condense and remove moisture from your condensed air, and timed solenoid drains expel the condensate from the system.

NC Series™/Multi-Module Series™

NC Series™ non-cycling air dryers provide economical compressed air drying with robust components to produce a consistent stream of dry compressed air. These systems are compatible with air systems with 50 to 4800 horsepower compressors.

Multi-Module™ non-cycling refrigerant dryers are designed to offer redundancy and expansion opportunities with two to eight slots for independent dryer modules. With Multi-Module units, you can take one module offline without interrupting the flow of your systems, or you can add more modules as your production continues to grow for greater air drying capabilities.

ZEKS offers 11 different Multi-Module units with capabilities of 3,250 to 19,200 SCFM and 17 models of NC dryers with drying capabilities of 75 to 2,400 SCFM.

ZEKS-Non-cycling Refrigerated Dryers ZEKS Premier™

Premier™ Series non-cycling dryers are compatible with compressed air systems that have 50 to 200 horsepower compressors. These dryers offer the same features and high-quality dry, compressed air at a price point made for any budget.

ZEKS makes eight models of Premier dryers with capacities of 275 to 1,000 SCFM to suit the needs of your specific application.
