ES4iv and ES6iv

ES4iv and ES6iv air compressor control modules are both integrated system controllers installed on your GHS VSD+ master unit. The ES4iv can connect up to four GHS VDS+ pumps at once, while the ES6iv allows you to connect up to six.

Users can opt to install an additional remote pressure transducer to the master unit, giving the system faster reactivity to fluctuations in your demand.


Atlas Copco ES6v allows users to control both GHS VSD+ pumps and pumps belonging to competitors, as long as at least one pump in the compressor system is GHS VSD+. This air compressor control system can control up to six GHS VSD+ pumps along with up to five pumps from competing brands.

A standard external remote pressure transducer is provided with ES6v control modules for more responsiveness to fluctuations in your demand for compressed air.

ES6v is unique from other ES controllers because it offers an equal wear mode setting. In this setting, your load is balanced across different pumps for equal wear distribution.


The ES16v air compressor control system is the most extensive of the ES modules. This panel controls up to 16 GHS VSD+ pumps and up to 14 pumps from competing brands as long as one pump in the compressor system is GHS VSD+.

ES16v uses virtual machine control in both maintenance optimization mode and energy-saving mode. Users can select either mode or set a compromise between the two to take advantage of both options.

ES16v control panels can configure baseload GHS VDS+ pumps to run between 20% and 100% of their maximum speed. This baseload machine will react faster than any controller, allowing you to use a much tighter pressure band. For added reactivity to fluctuating demand, ES16v comes with a remote pressure monitoring sensor.
