  • 0% to 100%

Neutronics Air Compression System Monitoring Equipment 1000 Series

The 1000 Series features a reliable electrochemical cell EC250 sensor housed in a remote flow-through mounting. This sensor can be mounted vertically or horizontally directly in the sample process gas stream for fast analysis.

The EC250 sensor uses patented weak-acid-based technology to ensure a more stable signal and longer life span. This technology allows the sensor to withstand high levels of acidic gases like CO2 and CO without degradation.

The analyzer produces accurate results within 20 seconds and provides figures on the large LED display. This display also features colored LEDs to indicate the system status and two configurable alarms that users can set to signal any necessary parameters.

Neutronics 7100 Series

The Neutronics 7100 Series of high purity oxygen analyzers feature a mini-zirconia sensor that measures oxygen content in parts per million (ppm) ranging from 0 to 100.

These monitors are available in two configurations for mounting in your specific application. One configuration houses the sensor inside the body of the monitor, and the other allows the sensor to be mounted remotely in stainless steel flow-through housing.

The micro-zirconia ZR-400 sensor is non-depleting and never needs to be calibrated. It provides ±2.0% accurate readings within 10 seconds. Users can adjust for 0 to 1000 ppm auto-range or a fixed output rate of 0 to 100 ppm or 0 to 1000 ppm.

Each analyzer features a large LED screen with colored indicator lights and two adjustable alarms configurable for fail-safe and non-fail-safe and ascending/descending action.
